Online Return Policy

We are happy you decided to shop with us at HypeNova Clothing.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us via email at .  Once we have reviewed your return you will be sent a return authorization (RA).  Your return will NOT be accepted without an RA number.   All returned item requests must be in ORIGINAL condition, free from make-up, deodorant or scents.   All tags must be attached and items cannot be worn, altered or washed. 

Returns must be authorized and shipped back to HypeNova Clothing, within 14 days of item purchase to be eligible for a full refund.  Refunds will be returned back in the same form of payment used for the purchase.  All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

How and where to Return?

Send an email to , in subject line include “RETURN REQUEST, provide your name and order number, and give details on the reason for your return. Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for our customer service team to respond. 

Please note the following: Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  All returns must be mailed back with USPS carrier to the P.O Box below.  Items should be shipped in a box, including original receipt with RA number.  Once your items are received and reviewed, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours.  If your return is received on the weekend or holiday please allow 72 hours from the next business day for return approval and refund processing.  If your return is rejected you will be notified via email and the return will be mailed back to the customer at the customers expense.

We are pleased we were able to provide you an In-Person shopping experience.  All In Person sales are FINAL SALE.  However, if you are not satisfied with your experience or product please feel free to contact our team at  Our goal is to provide you with an awesome experience and items you love.  We value your business and will do our best to make it right.

Order Processing + Shipping

Please allow 2 days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).  Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

(Note: At the moment we do not offer any International shipping.  Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO.)

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.  Please be sure to use USPS for all items that need to returned. HypeNova Clothing is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Policy and Terms

If you refuse any shipments from HypeNova Clothing, or your package is unable to be delivered you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.  This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
